I have worked with leaders and teams from Amazon, Microsoft, Starbucks, Kaiser, Hewlett Foundation and across sectors including education, healthcare, government, and nonprofit. Her facilitation experience includes both mixed-race group work and white-identified affinity spaces.

Somatic Coaching for  Leaders

In today’s high-stress, rapidly shifting work environments, traditional leadership development often falls short. I offer somatic coaching for leaders and teams that goes beyond strategy and mindset—supporting people to develop the embodied presence, emotional intelligence, and nervous system awareness needed to lead with clarity, connection, and resilience.

With over 30 years of experience as a therapist, coach, and trauma-informed consultant, I help clients recognize and shift ingrained patterns—both personal and systemic—that impact decision-making, team dynamics, and communication. My work is grounded in the understanding that sustainable change must happen not just cognitively, but in the body.

Trauma Informed Consulting

I provide Trauma-Informed Consulting Assessment and guidance to support workplace well-being in environments affected by toxic stress, burnout, or vicarious trauma. Services may include leadership training, staff support plans, and policy/practice alignment.
