About Expanded State Integration
I’ve heard from too many people that their ketamine therapy sessions lacked adequate emotional, psychological, and spiritual support. Sadly, I’ve also spoken with many who’ve had recreational (or semi-recreational) psychedelic experiences and were left feeling altered but disoriented. In both cases, people describe feeling changed in a profound but hard-to-define way—aware that there was more to be gained from the experience, but unsure where to turn for support.
Interestingly, I hear similar reflections from people who have participated in intensive meditation retreats or had spontaneous spiritual openings—experiences that can shift our sense of self and reality, but often leave us feeling unmoored without proper integration.
My role is to support you in fully integrating expanded states of consciousness—whether they arise through psychedelics, meditation, breathwork, or spontaneous awakening. Together, we will explore how to weave the insights and shifts from these experiences into your daily life in a way that feels grounded, meaningful, and empowering.
